So I’ve never actually done this but I have always wondered why I haven done this sooner. Why is it that some times you get overwhelmed with emotions that as you try to calm down, you are simply just too in the moment of thinking about something.
The fact is that our minds are as fragile as our bodies. If we do not take care of our minds our bodies will follow and we will get lost in a prison we will create in our own minds. To keep thinking about something is great but to be honest it can most likely become a deep, dark and great obsession.
So truly, truly reconsider what you are thinking about and how you are thinking about it. It is a form of obsession, it is a form of dreams, yet while we dream we should consider dreaming with our eyes completely open.
